OFTHALMO
Ofthalmo is an indigenous Cypriot red grape variety. This wine is produced from two different vineyards both situated at the slopes of Diarizos Valley at the altitudes of 600 meters and 800 meters. The maceration takes 15 days and the fermented wine undergoes the process of pigeage. After the malolactic fermentation is done, the wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels.
