2RIZES was created to expre

ss the character of Diarizos through Xynisteri.

The grapes come from different vineyards across the area, each shaped by its own altitude, exposure and growing conditions. The individual vineyard lots are vinified separately, allowing us to preserve their differences before bringing them together in the final blend.

Rather than focusing on a single site, 2RIZES seeks to capture a broader picture of the Diarizos terroir — the freshness, structure and character that emerge when Xynisteri is grown across this distinctive landscape.

Five Months on the Fine Lees

After fermentation, the wine remains in stainless steel on its fine lees for five months, with regular bâtonnage.

This extended lees contact adds texture, volume and complexity without covering the natural character of the fruit or the freshness of the variety.

The result is a wine with precision and energy, but also depth and persistence.

Diarizos Through Xynisteri

For us, terroir is not defined by one vineyard alone.

It is the combination of landscape, soil, altitude, climate and the individual character of vineyards spread across the same area. By vinifying these vineyards separately and blending them afterwards, 2RIZES brings those different elements together into one expression.

It is our interpretation of Diarizos through Xynisteri: a wine that reflects not only the variety, but the place from which it comes.
